Our goal is to support our clients in reducing their rehabilitation contributions while promoting social inclusion and workplace diversity.
If a company has more than 25 employees, it is obliged to employ persons with changed working capacity (MMK). The minimum ratio for their employment is currently 5% of the total workforce. If the company fails to meet this obligation, it must pay a rehabilitation contribution. The rehabilitation contribution for the current year is nine times the minimum basic wage, which was HUF 2,401,200 per year on January 1, 2024.
